כדי ללמוד בצורה יעילה וטובה צריך שתהיה איזו שיטה או דרך שבה אנחנו יודעים מה השלבים שצריך לעבור, מאיפה להתחיל ומתי נדע שסיימנו

צריך להתאים את רמת העוררות הפיזית, שנהיה דרוכים ומרוכזים אבל לא בחרדה ובמתח רב מדי שרק יגרום לנו לנדוד במחשבות ולחשוב אם נצליח או לא.. במקום לשבת וללמוד

זה לא פשוט להתאים את רמת העוררות לרמת ריכוז וקשב מתאימים. צריך לדעת לווסת ולפעמים אנחנו לא מצליחים.

בשלב הראשון ממליצה לקרוא את הבלוג על השלבים לריכוז מיטבי.

בשלב השני להבין שנדרש ויסות גופני ומנטאלי. ניתן לעשות את זה במגוון דרכים.

לצאת להתאמן, לעשות הפסקות יזומות. אבל בעיקר צריך לדעת להטעין את הבטרייהב שלנו, לחזק את עצמנו, לעשות משוב וללמוד מטעויות.

לקחת את הטעויות דווקא כמסמנות טוב והתפתחות ולא לפחד מהם

בסוף כל מבחן התלמידים שלי מקבלים ציון. וזה מספיק להם, המבחן, התשובות ומה שהיה כבר לא מעניין אותם. זאת דווקא טעות. המשוב העצמי והיכולת לשאול את עצמנו למה טעינו- הוא החלק המרכזי
